Trekking in Salina Blanca (E1, E2 and E3)
Salina Blanca is a petrified waterfall formed by stalactites and stalagmites over the course of millions of years through the build up of carbonated water from a subterranean stream. This natural marvel is close to the untouched Quiechapa River, in the Valles Centrales, approximately 113 kilometres from Oaxaca.

The natural beauty surrounding Salina Blanca is part of the dry tropical jungle made up of ancient cacti, Pochote, Amate, and Sauces tree species, among others. There is also a variety of wildlife that includes birds, reptiles, and mammals, some of which are in danger of extinction, such as the deer and wild boar. The climate ranges in temperatures from 25C to 35C and is ideal for rock climbing and trekking; and in some months, you can kayak on the Quiechapa River.
